Billing & Payment
Payment Methods
Fund Flow accepts all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Stripe. ACH bank transfer is available for annual Professional subscriptions.
Billing Cycle
Plans are billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date. Annual billing (paid upfront) is available at a 20% discount — contact support to switch.
Invoices
Invoices are emailed automatically after each charge and are available for download in Settings > Billing > Invoice History.
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings > Billing.
Click Manage Subscription.
Select the new plan tier.
Confirm — the upgrade takes effect immediately and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Note
After upgrading, your new contact, deal, and loan limits are available instantly. You do not need to re-import data or reconfigure settings.
Downgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.
Select the lower tier.
The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle (not immediately).
If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower plan (e.g., you have 300 contacts and are downgrading to Free with a 100-contact limit), you must reduce your usage before the downgrade takes effect. Fund Flow will send reminder emails starting 7 days before the billing cycle end. Contacts over the limit will not be automatically deleted — they will become read-only until you are back within limits.
Canceling Your Subscription
Go to Settings > Billing > Manage Subscription.
Click Cancel Plan.
Confirm cancellation.
Your account remains active with full access until the end of the current paid billing period, then switches to the Free plan (not deleted). All your data is retained. You can reactivate a paid plan at any time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial for Standard or Professional?
Yes — a 14-day free trial is available for both Standard and Professional plans. No credit card is required to start the trial.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
Pause is not currently available. Canceling reverts you to the Free plan, which retains all your data indefinitely.
What counts as an "active" deal or loan?
Any deal or loan record that is not in a "Closed" or "Archived" status. Archive deals you are no longer working to free up slots.
Do AI tokens carry over month to month?
No — the monthly included allocation resets each billing cycle. Purchased token packs (add-ons) roll over for 90 days.
How is the syndication add-on charged?
The $6,500 fee is a one-time charge per document set, billed immediately when you click Generate Documents in the wizard. It is not a recurring charge.
Can multiple team members share AI tokens?
Yes — AI tokens are shared across the entire organization account, not per user. Heavy AI usage by one team member draws from the same pool.
