Building Pitch Decks
Create professional, data-backed pitch decks in minutes using Fund Flow's AI Deck Wizard. Decks are generated via Gamma, a best-in-class presentation platform, using your deal data as the content foundation.
Note
Pitch Deck generation is a Professional plan feature. Standard and Free plan operators can view existing decks but cannot generate new ones.
AI Token Cost
Each deck generation consumes AI tokens from your monthly allocation. Token usage varies by content length and generation method:

| AI Auto-Generate (full deck) | 150–300 tokens |
| AI-assisted section rewrite | 20–50 tokens per section |
| Manual content (no AI) | 0 tokens |
Monitor your token balance in Settings > Billing > AI Tokens. Additional tokens can be purchased as an add-on without upgrading your base plan.
The Deck Wizard
Step 1: Start New Deck
Navigate to Pitch Decks and click + New Deck.
Step 2: Select Offering Type
Choose the structure that matches your deal:
- Single Asset: For standalone property acquisitions (one address, one business plan).
- Fund: For pooled investment vehicles targeting multiple assets under a single fund entity.
- Syndication: For deal-by-deal raises where each investment is a separate LLC.
